- Put the chicken pieces in a container.
- Squeeze the lemon on top of the chicken.
- Add the paprika blend on top of the chicken pieces.
- Add the salt and olive oil.
- Add all the contents to a ziplock. Don't forget the oil. Shake well.
- Let it rest in the fridge for a while. Its great if you can wait for 2 hours.
- Put on your grill and cook till well done. I used a Traeger pellet grill and it takes 20 minutes. It would probably be less with other grills.
- While on the grill, sprinkle black pepper on top so that it sticks to the sauce.
Place the chicken thighs in a large bowl, sprinkle the spice mixture over the chicken and toss to coat. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar and honey. A delicious mixture of these three categories and you have a delicious seasoning blend. Make it your own by using smoked paprika instead of regular, adding different herbs, upping the heat with more cayenne.
