- Pressure cooker mein pona cup pani mein Onion pieces mein cut kia Hua & garlic clove dal kar 3 mint whistle de dein. - Boiled onion, garlic pani ke sath he nikal lein bowl mein. - Karaily ke chilky utar ke apni choice ke cut kar lein. 1tbsp salt,1tbsp yoghurt, 2tbsp wheat flour(karaily ki karwahat khtm hojaygi) dal kar mix karein. Adhy ghanty baad wash kar ke pani nichor lein or Tokri mein dal kar dry hony ke liye rakh dein. - Karahi mein 2 cup oil lein phir karaily golden colour any take fry karein.
- Half half kar ke fry karein. Ku ke humny oil Zyada ni Lia.. golden colour a Jaye to nikal lein. Phir half oil nikal lein. Ku ke handi ke liye oil Zyada Hai. Baqi half oil karahi mein rehny dein. oil mein boiled onion, garlic dal dein. Ginger paste or tomato paste, chicken pieces dal kar mix karein. - 1/2tbsp Red chilli powder, 1/2tsp Turmeric powder, 1tsp salt, 1/2tbsp Black pepper,1tsp garam masala dal kar mix karein. Half done hojaye to 1small bowl yoghurt dal kar mix karein.
- Achi trah bhoun lein, ke oil alg nzr any lgy, khushbu any lgy or masala ban Jaye. - Phir Fried karaily, 3green chilli dal dein or 2 glass water dal kar mix karein. 15 se 20 mint dum mein cook karein. Check kar lein. Agr karaily Kachy Kachy hen to 10 mint dum mein or cook karein..
