This flavorful chicken rice is made with fresh garlic, dried minced onion, spices, chicken broth, and richly-flavored chicken bouillon paste. It's the perfect side dish to grilled meats & veggies, saucy chicken dishes like Slow Cooker Chicken Adobo, or as the base in a bowl, like Fajita Burrito Bowls. - Pressure cook rice with all whole spices and salt for 1-2 whistle. Take out all whole spices out of rice And add ghee and food colour on top and gently mix it.

- Take lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric and black pepper together and mix it. Pour this on chicken pieces. And rub it. Keep it marinating for 1 hour or more.
- Once it got marinated add peri peri masala on it and salt if its necessary. Add more red chilli powder if you need more spice.
- Now using rotisserie unit of otg roast chicken for around 40-45 mins.
- Once chicken gets nicly roasted from outside take it out and brush it with butter. And again roast it for 2-3 mins. Now you can have whole piece or just seperate meat from bone. And eat it with flavoured rice and raita
Add water and spices and stir well. Turn heat to high and bring to a boil. Turn heat to low and cover pan. Long grain rice is the best rice to use and cooks evenly. Basmati rice or Jasmine rice can be substituted with the same liquid ratio and cooking time.
