- Take 1 tsp cornflour dissolves in 1tbsp water

- Get 3 cups rice boiled
- Get 3 tbsp ghee
- Prepare 3 tbsp oil
- Take 1 onion roughly chopped
- Take 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- Get 1 capsicum roughly half
- Prepare 3 tbsp peri sauce
- Make ready 2 tbsp ketchup
- Make ready 3 tbsp soyasauce
Cook on medium heat till the chicken softens. Peri Peri Rice: Soak the rice in water for a while. Add olive oil in a pan. Saute fry onion and garlic in a pan.
Instructions to make Peri chicken with peri rice:
- For chicken : marinate chicken with the given above marination ingredients for atleast 1 hour. Cook in a wok on slow Flame till chicken tender and dry. Keep aside.
- For sauce: melt ghee in a wok. Add in oil then add onion. Fry till translucent.
- Add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, capsicum and green chillies. Cook. Add tomato paste, ketchup and peri sauce and cook. Now add cooked chicken and mix well.
- Lastly add dissolves cornflour and mix well. Peri peri chicken is ready.
- For peri peri rice: In a wok melt 3tbsp ghee in 3tbsp oil, add in 1 chopped onion and fry till translucent. Add 1tsp ginger garlic paste, half capsicum and fry for 2 minutes. Add 3tbsp peri sauce and 2tbsp ketchup.
- Cook for few minutes. Add in boiled rice and mix well. Add 3tbsp soyasauce and mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes. Peri rice is ready to serve.
