  3. Put chicken on baking tray and cover with foil or lid (do not wrap just cover it) bake at 200 for 20 mins and 180 for 30 mins. remove lid and brush sauce which is on tray on chicken and grill for 15 mins on both side.
  4. Tips: ➡(if your chicken release lots of water then remove that water and cook rice in it)
  5. You can also make it in regualar non-stick pot when water left by chicken dries and chicken cooked properly then add oil and cook on both side until red color appears..
  6. For Baked potatoes - - cut potatoes in thick slice with skin blanch in boil water for 5 mins… then add salt oregano and peri peri sauce 1 tbsp and olive oil 1 tbsp bake at 180 for 20 mins…
  7. For peri peri rice - - for 1 cup rice.. take 3 tbsp oil add garlic and fry now add water 1.5 cup, half chicken cube, salt to taste, 2 tbsp peri peri sauce 1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice half tsp paprika powder and 3 to 4 thyme leaves or basil leaves cook until it boil then add pre soaked rice and cook until rice done completely….. garnish with green onions
